usually i do knit inspirations, but today, i'm going to stretch that a bit and include some crochet, and again i may be a little late in discovering aurelie mathigot.
her website refers to her work being inspired by the necessity of talking about everyday life in another - new -way. fixing reality into another dimension to preserve it from leaving us.

that's a very pretty chair - the wedding cake might taste a little, well, woolly. like the idea of preserving the everyday a lot.
Oh they are all lovely. I particularly love the wedding cake.
Wow that chair!! Wish I had that kind of patience... Would it survive actual life though? Looks like I'd be scared to damage it all the time.
